The International Children's Digital Library (ICDL) is a five-year project, led by UMIACS' Human-Computer Interaction Laboratory and the Internet Archive, to develop innovative software that specifically addresses the needs of children, ages 3 to 13. The ICDL was launched at a ceremony at the Library of Congress on Wednesday, November 20.
